Making School Choice Even More Burdensome

As if we didn't have enough government overreach to react to this week!

Ramesh Ponnuru reports the following in NRO's The Corner.

The Justice Department has decided that private and parochial schools have to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act — if they participate in voucher programs. 

Compliance can be highly burdensome, so this is going to be a real disincentive for schools to take part in these programs.

Perhaps this administration considers that a feature, not a bug.
