In a Facebook share I posted a couple of days ago (an excellent column by Barb Malek about the TV show "Glee"), I commented, "We have certainly traveled a long way from Father Knows Best, Leave It To Beaver, and the Donna Reed Show. Heck, we've moved quite a long way from things like Laugh-In. Barb has a pretty disgusting report here from the world of modern 'youth entertainment.'"
Well, Gina Dalfonzo over at Breakpoint sheds light on another very dark (contrast intended) element of "youth entertainment." Her analysis is directed at two series of popular novels designed for the Young Adult set which star fallen angels who have become smitten with human girls.
Weird? Blasphemous? Dangerous? You don't know the half.
