Pingdom is reporting the latest figures on internet use. It seems that there were 107 Trillion e-mails sent last year. That makes about 294 Billion every day.
Is it an important new method of communication? Hardly. Pingdom also reports that 89% of these e-mails are spam.
P.S. My personal guess is that at least half of those spam e-mails comes from that same prince in Nigeria who keeps trying to get my bank account number.
