With the elections coming up, President Obama and his party are desperate to improve their image. It is, of course, too late to make any changes in the Democrats' expensive, far left policies that have so disgusted the American people -- not that the Democrats would want to anyway -- but something must be done to draw attention away from the dramatic failures of the last two years. Thus, it's time for the usual tactics: Blame Bush. Distort the facts. Use scare tactics.
And, for the first time since last spring, go to church.
