Well, it happened. Walter Hoye, Executive Elder of the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church in Berkeley, California, is behind bars.The case Star Parker brought to our attention a couple of months ago ended up before a bad judge. And, though, Elder Hoye's only action was standing outside an abortion clinic with a sign reading "Jesus [God] loves you and your baby. Let us help you", this unjust judge tossed him in jail. This was despite winning a lawsuit back in December which he thought protected him from such harassment.
