A Surge of Anti-Semitism

The deplorable new waves of anti-Semitism breaking across Europe are, in part, a consequence of a century of secularism -- secularism that has robbed Europeans of the moral foundation and spiritual strength to stand against the brutal intolerance of Islam.

The results are already tragic. But the future looks even bleaker still.

Prayer Digest reports that "Britain is suffering its most intense period of antisemitic incidents in decades following fighting between Israel and Hamas in Gaza. There have been a record number of attacks on Jewish individuals, Jewish children running the gauntlet of attack by Muslim classmates and Jewish students intimidated at universities. Anti-Israel demonstrations were reported at 17 British universities, costing thousands of pounds in extra security and repairs to damage, with some universities giving in to demonstrators’ demands. Some Jews are seeking to emigrate as a result of the incidents."
