The most important items in this whole affair are these:1) Who cares about the law? Who cares about morality? The Socialist government of Portugal plans to push the expansion of abortion no matter what.
2) Over half of the voters (nearly all of which are baptized Catholics) didn't even bother to go to the polls to stop this horrendous assault on their faith.
And 3) There will soon be only 3 countries left in Europe with laws protecting preborn children: Poland, Ireland and Malta. Pray for the leaders of these countries to stand firm against the encroaching culture of death.
