Well, according to a new survey, most Americans believe that capitalism is distinctively opposite from the values of Christianity. In fact, even the majority of Christian respondents to the survey accept this idea.
But our friend and pro-life colleague, John Malek, suggests that this negative view of capitalism is way out of line. It is an erroneous (and dangerous) belief that ignores history, economic realities, the inherent yearning for human freedom, and the Bible's teaching of stewardship.
