Babies Aborted Because of Down's Syndrome, Club Feet, & Cleft Palates

The late-term abortions that are performed legally in Great Britain are supposed to be for a substantial risk of “serious” physical or mental abnormality. Now while that is chilling enough to contemplate; that is, a child killed by torturous procedures of skull puncture and dismemberment just because he or she is determined to be...uh, defective.

But it turns out that falling into this fateful category are babies with Down's syndrome, club feet and cleft palates!

Anthony Ozimic of the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children says, “It is clear that legal abortion is a system which discriminates, fatally, against the disabled.”

God, what has society become? With all of the slogans, songs and sentiments which dominate popular culture talking about compassion, peace and justice, how can we defend -- indeed, how can we tolerate -- this kind of barbarism?
