This is especially the case when the wrong legislators in power could mean more aborted children, less religious liberty, an advancement of a pro-gay culture, and a serious lacking in subsidiarity. Likewise, the right candidates could mean that Christian principles are advanced.
With the proper leaders, our entire society is girded with truth and acting in accord with moral, natural, and divine law. This is, in part, because politics is a reflection of culture. So, we must ask ourselves, if Christian's do not vote, what does that say about the state of the American Church's impact on our culture?
When eligible voters choose to sit at home, rather than do their duty, they shun our Judeo-Christian heritage. We are a Christian people who need elected officials acting in our best interest."
