Ray Bradbury: Too Much Government, Too Many Machines

“I think our country is in need of a revolution. There is too much government today. We've got to remember the government should be by the people, of the people and for the people.”

Ray Bradbury is known for his literature Fahrenheit 451, The Martian Chronicles, Something Wicked This Way Comes, The Illustrated Man and more. But he's also becoming somewhat famous as a curmudgeon, one that just happens to be ticked off by many of the same things that I am: too much government, too many machines, and too little genuine idealism.
