"I Asked God for a Preacher, and He Gave Me a Quarterback."

Focus on the Family's upcoming pro-life "commercial" during the Super Bowl has been gold already. The nation is talking about it; major newspapers and networks have covered it; and the abortion groups have looked ugly, arrogant and anything but "pro-choice" in their efforts to condemn it.

We all know that Super Bowl ads are very expensive. But Focus on the Family has made an important investment that is worth every penny. So, for the great good this organization has done for decades as well as to help them meet the expenses of their Super Bowl ad, please consider sending them a thank-you...and a contribution. (You can do so here or here.)

And, while I'm at it, let me link you to the LifeNews.com story I refer to in the headline of this post. It is, as you guessed it, about Tim Tebow, the outstanding Florida football star who is featured in that upcoming Super Bowl spot. But this particular story looks at Tim's birth from the perspective of his Dad. Neat stuff.
