Sure, these British beat groups weren't the biggest raves of the decade but they did produce some fun, tuneful stuff and I think you'll find these clips quite enjoyable. They represent, respectively, the Tremeloes, the Troggs and the Honeycombs.
The Tremeloes had several hits make the charts including their biggest, "Silence Is Golden." Though formed in 1958, the Tremeloes are still playing gigs today.
The Troggs captured America and Great Britain alike with "Wild Thing" in 1966 but I prefer the song featured in this clip.
The Honeycombs are probably remembered most for having a cute girl (Honey Lantree) on the drums. "Have I the Right?" was their only hit.
