The owner of a shopping mall in North Carolina has decided a kiosk selling conservative bumper stickers and other paraphernalia has got to go. This, despite the fact that the mall allows sales of liberal-oriented items as well as novelty store items so indecent that local reporters wouldn't even describe them.The mall also has a Victoria's Secret store which displays the raciest of items for any 11-year old to view. I'm sure that many, many complaints have been registered about that store but they have been ignored. Yet one letter was all it took to bounce the conservative.
The decision to boot out the Free Market Warrior kiosk was taken after a complaint which used the trigger words so often used of conservatives by intolerant liberals: racist, sexist, bigoted, etc. And, of course; there was also the usual "I believe in free speech, but not this kind."
The owner of the shopping mall didn't take much convincing. He is a Democrat whose money has supported Barack Obama and other Democrat causes and politicians.
