Well, besides thinking of sending Al Gore to North Korea (no kidding), it looks more and more like he doesn't have a clue.
Check out, for instance, this video clip showing Obama's halting, stumbling non-answer to a reporter's question last week in France about America's policy towards Iran and North Korea doing nothing except giving them more time to advance their nuclear ambitions.
Yipes. Barack Obama without his teleprompter does indeed present a pretty sorry spectacle.
