If you have successfully labored through the rather somber blog posts appearing here today, you've more than earned a couple of minutes of recess.
So here you go. It's a delightful video clip of a local Miami TV show back in 1969, featuring the magnificent falsetto voice of Lou Christie as he lip syncs his hit "I'm Gonna Make You Mine." You'll dig Christie's vest (sans shirt) and the local girls brought in to provide dance moves -- well, one ongoing move anyhow.
For those of you of my generation, enjoy the trip back. For the rest of you, take a look at how your grandparents looked, sounded and moved back in the day.
Need a little more? Okay. There's nothing much to watch here but it's my favorite Lou Christie recording, "Two Faces Have I."
