With my sister and brother-in-law in from California and ongoing projects related to my Mom's adjustments to her new living situation, my opportunities for blogging have been limited the last several days. I'm afraid that will be the case for a couple more days too.
The great news is that Mom is loving her new situation and her children are thrilled at the safety, the medication oversight, the improved nutrition, the expanded exercise, the dramatically increased socialization, and the calm, attractive environment of Immanuel Courtyard's Assisted Living. The staff have really impressed us with their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. It's truly a wonderful place for Mom.
Today will be taken up with moving the last items out of Mom's old place, getting her to a doctor's appointment, and getting some Vital Signs Ministries duties taken care of. But blogging? No time today. Please check back in when things get back to normal.
