Unplugging the Panic Button on Global Warming

Marc Morano, a former investigative reporter for Cybercast News Service who now serves as a spokesman for Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe, suggests that the alarmist view of global warming is beginning to lose ground. Indeed, Morano says that there are new scientists every week who are going public with their skepticism about human activity being the primary cause for climate change.

One of those scientists is atmospheric and space physicist Fred Singer, a featured speaker at the Heartland Institute's 2008 International Conference on Climate Change in New York City. Singer argues that it is natural forces that are primarily responsible for whatever global warming that may be taking place. Indeed, he suggests the scientific evidence for his conclusions are solid and abundant, despite what the media continues to say about the apocalyptic misadventures of man-made global warming.

Singer was among hundreds of scientists form all over the world who were taking part in the climate conference.
