Our friend, Dr. Paul Byrne, a practicing Neonatologist and Pediatrician, sent over these three reminders on the prevention of breast cancer:1) Breast feed your baby! Most certainly if the baby is born prematurely!
2) Don’t take any of the birth control steroids, correctly referred to as steroids. These are known as “the pill,” implants, chemicals, etc. All of them increase the risk of cancer of the breast. They get into a woman’s body and stay active for a long time, unlike the normal hormones that are inactivated very quickly by the liver.
3) Abortion increases the risk of cancer of the breast, uterus and liver.
