Have a "Heart for the Disabled" -- Write a Valentine

 From Joni Eareckson-Tada's website...

As some of you may know, we recently aired five "Joni and Friends" radio programs highlighting the stories of special needs families for our Heart for the Disabled week (if you’d like to hear the programs, visit our radio page and key in Heart for the Disabled). Cards and letters, notes, assurances of prayer, scriptures, and copies of poems and hymns from listeners are pouring into the IDC...

And if you haven’t written yet, now’s your time!

Just visit our radio page and key in Heart for the Disabled to hear the families’ stories. Then pick up a pen, grab a card, dig out some Valentine hearts and glue and, well… be creative! (You’ve got a week or so before we pack up all the notes and overnight them to these families). After you’ve finished your note, mail it into Joni and Friends, PO Box 3333, Agoura Hills, CA 91376.

These disabled people and their family members are thirsty for encouragement and we need your help to make certain their mailboxes are stuffed with words of blessing! So thank you for investing a few minutes in this special outreach… and bless you for having a Heart for the Disabled!
