Sure, she cites an awful lot of anecdotal evidence but this young woman's testimonies about the unfairness, inefficiency and generational tragedy of America's welfare system also happens to agree with the best empirical studies -- and with all the anecdotal evidence you could share too.
In other words, it's a fair cop.
