Abortionists (And Their Friends) Prefer "Crimes Done in Secret"

On Tuesday, a federal judge blocked the ultrasound portion of North Carolina’s abortion law which was supposed to take effect yesterday, October 25. Abortion-rights groups had argued that subjecting women to the ultrasounds would “subject women to emotional pain and violate the medical ethics of doctors…” Excuse me? Since when is it ethical to hide the truth from women?  Shouldn’t every woman have the opportunity to know the full truth about the humanity of her unborn child before making a decision to destroy it?

Barb Malek is one of the directors of the AAA Center for Pregnancy Counseling and is therefore a Christian woman who well knows the unique life-affirming (indeed, life-saving) power of intrauterine ultrasounds. Here is her latest column, "Why is the Abortion Industry So Afraid of Ultrasounds?"

You'll find the essay here at Barb's blog, Erase the Need. It's a pro-life blog that definitely belongs in your favorites list.
