86 girls from one high school in Memphis are either pregnant or have already given birth this year. Said one social worker, "Right now, these girls don't know how to say ‘no.’ They're having sex when they don't want to, they just don't know how to say ‘no.’"
So what are locals doing? More social workers, more programs, more support for young moms. Never mind that the value-less philosophy of these social workers and sex ed programs are related more to the cause of the problem than the cure.
Just throw more money.
And make sure you never touch the real issues involved -- the immorality of premarital sex, the saturation of irresponsible sex messages in entertainment and fashion, the breakdown of the family especially as connected to the welfare state, and the aggressive enablement of sexual immorality by the "pill & prophylactic culture" of Planned Parenthood and other sex ed/abortion groups.
