Barack Obama, in voting against Illinois' Born Alive Infant Protection Protection Act when he was a state senator, gave several limp excuses for his inhumane action. Among them was this tortured reasoning against calling in another doctor to help minister to babies who were born alive after an abortion attempt:"I suspect that doctors (read 'abortionists') feel that they would be under that obligation that they would be already making these determinations and that essentially adding an additional doctor who then has to be called in an emergency situation to come in and make these assessments is really designed simply to burden the original decision of the woman and the physician (read 'abortionist') to induce labor and perform an abortion."
Sound like gobbledygook? It is.
