Tax Forms Are Too Much...For the IRS Commissioner!

Listening to politicians can be really funny. That is, until you remember that in the modern nanny state, these dolts are running more and more of the details of your life.

Here's a case in point.

IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman is a fellow in charge of running the government's monstrous tax gathering system. That means he's boss of over 100,000 employees and manages a budget of approximately $11 billion. Under his watch, the IRS will be collecting about 2 and a half trillion dollars this year.

Commissioner Shulman is a lawyer and his career has included a vice-presidency in a private investment firm and high-ranking positions in the National Association of Securities Dealers and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He was also once Chief of Staff of the National Commission on Restructuring the IRS.

But IRS Commissioner Shulman doesn't fill out his own tax forms. "I find the tax code complex so I use a preparer."

Like I said, you gotta' laugh. Or cry. Or both.
