Let's Shake Things Up! Be There at the Nebraska Walk for Life!

One of the most important, effective, far-reaching things a pro-life Nebraskan can do each year is to attend the annual Walk for Life in Lincoln. And yet, the crowds for this peaceful, completely legal and very upbeat event are never what they should be.

In particular, the turnout from evangelical Christians is...well, to say pitiful is putting it mildly.

Let's change that, okay?

Plan to attend the Walk for Life with friends and family. Organize a party to travel down to Lincoln with your church or youth group. Publicize it, promote it and let's shake things up.

This year's Walk will be a fantastic time to make it -- and to make the Walk a priority part of your public witness for Christ every year until we remove the scourge of legal abortion from our culture. There's a fantastic speaker scheduled for the Student Union following the Walk; there's plenty of helpful information at the booths set up there (look for us at the Vital Signs table, okay?); and there's inspiration aplenty. So even if your little toes get cold for awhile, the experience of participating in the Walk for Life will keep your heart warm for a long time to come.

So, what dy'a say? Don't miss your chance to send a strong message to our state legislators, our local media, and, for that matter, to the people in your own spehere of influence.

Here's more of the details.

P.S. Be sure and say "hey" if you spot our banners in the crowd!
