Law professor Ronald D. Rotunda and J. Peter Pham, senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, pose a question no one else seems to be bothering with -- Does the Constitution even allow Barack Obama to accept the Nobel Peace Prize?
And they ask this question (and answer it too) in the pages of the Washington Post.
That's good. For we well know that Team Obama and the Democrat leaders in Congress don't know what's in the U.S. Constitution.
But they do read the Post.
And, at least in this instance, so should you.
