A North Carolina judge believes that a mother's home schooling isn't sufficient and, despite the facts that the kids are bright, engaged, and have tested two years above their grade levels, he says they must go to government school to escape the limitations of a religious-based education.This is, of course, preposterous. Pompous. And, by the way, unconstitutional.
