Judea Pearl's moving essay, "Daniel Pearl and the Normalization of Evil," was published yesterday in the Wall Street Journal on the 7th anniversary of Daniel's murder at the hands of Islamic terrorists. It is a splendid article and well worth reading, pondering and praying over for Pearl describes how Western leaders in the press and in government (none worse than Jimmy Carter) have become apologists for Islamic facism, anti-Semitic violence, and other base acts of horrendous evil -- acts which tear at the very fabric of civilization.Those doubting that the West has fallen under a terrible suicide spell need to read this essay.
And honestly deal with its plain truths.
