Could McCain Tap Paul Ryan for VP?

John Gizzi, the Political Editor of Human Events, has a tantalizing Vice President possibility for John McCain -- Wisconsin Republican Congressman Paul Ryan.

Ryan is a principled, hard-working fiscal conservative serving on the House Ways and Means Committee. His credentials are impressive: though only 38, he has 10 years experience in Congress; he's worked as speechwriter for Jack Kemp and William Bennett at their “Empower America” organization; he was legislative director for Senator Sam Brownback; he has a lifetime American Conservative Union rating of 93% with a strong record as a proponent of gunowners’ rights, pro-life legislation, and tougher measures on illegal immigration. And he's very popular in his district.
