Besides boasting of its nuclear prowess and daring U.S. warships with its speedboats, there's yet another of Iran's injudicious acts that is causing waves of protest. This one isn't nearly as serious as the others mentioned, but it presents an additional example of how Iran's ayatollah regime is prone to ignore what is in its own best interests.
The issue here involves plans to separate Iran's Islamist present from the country's noble past; specifically, to destroy the tomb of the ancient king who liberated the Jews from the Babylonian captivity. However, an Iranian organization (Pasargad Heritage Foundation) is urgently appealing for the International Criminal Court to intervene and take action against those responsible for this cultural travesty.
