I have praised Prince Charles' enlightened views on architecture over on The Book Den last year. It's too bad I cannot complement Britain's Crown Prince on his understanding of history, religion and common sense. Case in point? Charles' comments yesterday about Islam being a religion of brotherhood and peace that could solve the world's problems if devoutly followed.
Would somebody please hand the Prince a copy of G. K. Chesterton's poem, Lepanto? It might be just the thing to recall the Prince to some semblance of reality about the religion of Mohammed.
