Look Who Al Gore's Network Was Sold To...

Glenn Beck tried to buy Current TV, Al Gore's embarrassing cable TV failure. But Beck was turned down (as the Wall Street Journal reports) because Current TV bosses insisted that "the legacy of who the network goes to is important to us and we are sensitive to networks not aligned with our point of view."

So instead they sold the network to…wait for it…Al Jazeera.

How's that for an illustration of "progressive" patriotism?
