Your Friday Musical Moment

Go ahead and scroll down to the serious blog posts below but then, for a little sanity check (you may well need it by then), come back and finish up with this marvelous performance by Jackson Browne.

It is a clip from a 1978 concert at Shepherd's Bush Theatre in London and it links Browne's pensive, introspective song, The Load Out, with a terrific rendition of a Maurice Williams & the Zodiacs classic, Stay. If you're like me, you'll especially dig the backup vocals at the end by Rosemary Butler and the steel guitar player, David Lindley.
