Most Americans Want to Hear "Merry Christmas"

...According to a poll by Zogby International, 95 percent of Americans said they were not offended by a "Merry Christmas" greeting in stores...In fact, the new poll indicated that 32 percent of respondents said they took offense at "Happy Holidays..." (Christian Post article by Audrey Barrick.)

Since retailers are even more adept than politicians in reading the opinions of America's citizens, the Zogby poll indicates there are other forces at work in the deliberate anti-Christmas actions taken by Best Buy, Gap, and so many others.

Yes, Virginia; there is a war against Christmas (and the Lord Incarnate the holiday celebrates). Therefore, a concerted effort by consumers is very much in order to defeat the Grinch spirit before it grows even worse.
